From 2011 to 2012, I managed the website for a daily local newspaper just outside Boston. I spearheaded the paper’s website redesign and transition to a paywall. I was also in charge of creating interactive maps, charts and graphs to enhance stories. I regularly used Access, Excel and Google Fusion Tables to do this. In addition, I used my Spanish-language skills to cover Lynn’s growing Latino community as a reporter.
